Flower Background + Tutorial

Hello Everyone, A big hello to all of you. Today I have a Tutorial for some tricks and techniques. So without much chat chatting here we go.

For my first card I used Heat Embossing + Water Coloring technique and below are my supplies.

On a Neenah white CS, I heat embossed the lotus with Silver embossing powder. And then used Distress Ink to color the lotus. Also used green Distress Ink for the stem.

To give the card an extra dimension, I cut one side of the lotus and fussy cut two of the petals. The card measure 5.5 x 4.25 and the final card looks like something like this.

My Second Card for today is simple and has some masking technique and its not white. This one is also a flower card and below are my supplies.

I have used a masking tape to block the bottom part of the card stock and stamped the flower using a brown pigment ink. Later pulled off the tape and highlighted some of the petals using pro markers.

Used a White pen for a dashed line at the bottom, The sentiment is again heat embossed with white powder and embellished with pearls.

These cards are simple however with some tricks you can turn in into some beautiful cards.

We are seeing some beautiful creations on our blog for the current challenge Anything Goes and waiting for more.

Lots of Love
XOXO
