To get the stitched look in Card #1, I used the second largest rectangle (metal cutting die) from Peek-a-boo Designs "Rounded Rectangle Dual Stitched Die" in my Big Shot (A machine manufactured by Sizzix to enable cutting of paper through metal dies).
